FineDia Ltd is authorized to grant consumer credit in the form of repayment loans to private customers in Europe, to act as an insurance intermediary and to distribute to its borrowers voluntary insurance policies covering the risks of death, disability and job loss, to receive publicly repayable funds in the form of term deposits, to accept orders for third parties and to forward (RTO).

 

The FineDia Ltd offers accessible for consumer credit: to solvent, adult private customers residing in Europe and for the investment product: to "professional" investors within the meaning of Article D533-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code Monétaire et Financier), who have an account with a bank in the European Economic Area.

 

In accordance with the IT and Freedoms Act, we inform you that the answers to the questions marked with an asterisk are mandatory, while the remaining answers are voluntary. In case of non-response, the loan may be rejected.
